To receive a Electrical Engineering degree from UCSB, students must satisfy three sets of requirements:

Preparation for the Major (84 units) and Upper Division Major (68 units) must be satisfied. This includes GPA requirements.

| Senior Elective Study Plan | During the junior year students must complete and submit a senior sequence elective study plan (EE Senior Elective Sheet). Courses are referred to as ECE Electives during the senior year on the Four Year Course Plan.

All undergraduate students must satisfy University academic residency, UC Entry Level Writing Requirement, American History and Institutions, unit, and scholarship requirements.
