The
Executive Committee of GPR 2002 and The
Environmental and Engineering Geophysical Society (EEGS) plan
to publish selected, expanded manuscripts from GPR 2002 as a special
issue of the Journal of Environmental
and Engineering Geophysics (JEEG). The June 2003 (Volume 8,
Issue 2) is dedicated to GPR 2002.

The manuscripts for this special issue must be prepared according
to the Guide for Authors (see link above), and not according to
the author instructions for the Conference Proceedings of GPR 2002.
As a full paper in a scientific journal, the manuscript must contain
more information than the articles in the Proceedings. All submitted
manuscripts will be independently reviewed by at least two reviewers,
and selection of papers to be published in this special issue will
be made by the Guest Editors of the special issue and the Editors
of JEEG. The total number of pages of this special issue will be
limited; therefore, all submitted papers for the special issue may
not be published. The deadline for submission of manuscripts for
the Special Journal Issue has been extended to September
9, 2002.
Authors are requested to submit two hardcopies and a disk or CD copy of their journal manuscript directly to:
