The conference venue is the Radisson Hotel – Santa Barbara, 1111 E. Cabrillo Blvd, Santa Barbara, California. All travel bookings, payment and passport/visa requirements are by own arrangement.

By Air:

Delegates arriving by air should fly to Santa Barbara Airport (SBA) or to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Santa Barbara Airport is a domestic airport located 12 miles northwest of the venue. LAX is located 94 miles south of Santa Barbara.  The best airport to use depends on your departing airport and flight availability; your travel agent should advise.

Airport Connections - The Santa Barbara Airbus provides 14 daily shuttle buses from LAX directly to the conference venue. Current price is $64 roundtrip (prepaid). Tickets can be pre-purchased at sbairbus.com or also purchased at the LAX airport. Travel time one-way is about 2 hours. A taxi from Santa Barbara Airport to the Radisson Hotel will cost about $30 and take 20 minutes. Yellow Cab (805-965-5111) also offers a discount for this fare to Radisson guests. All main car rental agencies are located at the airport.

By Road:

US highway 101 runs directly through Santa Barbara. From the south take the Cabrillo Blvd exit (left side exit). From the north take the Garden Street exit, turn right on Garden St., then left on Cabrillo Blvd. Driving time is approximately 2 hours from Los Angeles. Free parking is available to conference delegates staying at the Radisson Hotel venue.

By Rail:

Amtrak provides service to Santa Barbara.

Cancellation Policy

The Executive Committee reserves the right to cancel the conference and return all fees in the event of insufficient registration. The combined liability of the Executive Committee and the Co-hosts is limited to the registration fee. The Executive Committee and Co-hosts will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants, including but not limited to airline cancellation charges and hotel deposits.
