Primary among these are Microsoft Office (for faculty and administrative staff only), Windows XP Professional and Vista Business.

ECE students are eligible for a Microsoft Developer Network Academic Alliance (MSDN AA) account which will allow them to directly download the software. Contact helpdesk@ece.ucsb.edu for information.

Faculty and staff members can helpdesk@ece.ucsb.edu for titles covered by the Microsoft Consolidated Campus Agreement (MCCA).

Additionally, Microsoft and other vendor titles not covered by ECE license agreements can be purchased with an ECE department account number from The Campus Office of Software Licensing: http://cosl.ic.ucsb.edu.
