Welcome To The ECE Reservation System
These
rooms are intended primarily as locations for academic events involving
the ECE department. Priority
for use of the facilities will be given to the ECE department.
These rooms are not available for use by nonacademic units and
community groups. The reservation of these facilities will be done
on a first come first served basis.
However in the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Chair reserves
the right to cancel your room reservation with a minimum of two-days notice.
This right will be invoked only in emergency circumstances. We
do require that you provide a departmental account number in order
to complete your reservation. You will not be charged for the use
of the room. We collect this number to bill for repairs if damage
is incurred during your event. You will be notified in advance
of any charges. If you use these facilities you are responsible
for leaving them clean, in original configuration, dark, and securely
locked. Thank you.
REPEATING MEETINGS are scheduled one quarter
at a time. Reservations for Fall quarter will be taken starting
the month prior to the start of the next quarter and no sooner.
Please check all ther days that you are requesting to make sure
that they are available and enter those days in the comments. (September
1st, for Winter quarter on December 1st, for Spring on March 15th,
and for Summer on June 1st)
Harold Frank Hall Room 4164
ECE Conference Room
This room seats 35-40 people in rows of movable chairs.
There is a custom podium that compliments the large dry-erase
board and the motorized screen. There is a ceiling mounted
data projector. There is also a conference phone availabe
for use.
When you pick up your key, you may also check out the key
to the podium if you need access to the projector. There
is a connection for your laptop or there is a PC available
to use. The UCSB wireless network is available for use
in this conference room.

|
This room seats 30 people in rows of movable
chairs.

LCD Projector
This is a an independant portable projector and comes
in its own case on wheels.
The projector can be picked up in room 4155, Harold Frank
Hall.

PC Laptop
The laptop can be picked up in room 4155, Harold Frank Hall.
