    Hsu-Hao Chang was born in July 2, 1978, in Taiwan. He got his bachelor’s degree in the Electrical Engineering department at the National Taiwan University in 2000. Then after serving the military for two years, he got his master in the Institution of Electro-Optical Engineering at the National Taiwan University in 2004. He also worked in Intel in 2006 as an optical testing engineer (internship). Now he is pursuing his Ph.D. in the electrical and computer engineering department at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His research is focusing on the silicon-based optoelectronic device (triplexer) for communication.
