    Gehong Zeng received his B.S. degree from South China Institute of Technology, Guangzhou, China, in 1982 and the M.S. and Ph.D. degree from Shaanxi Microelectronics Research Institute, Xian, China, in 1987, and 1992, respectively. He is currently with Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His research interests include design, fabrication and testing of semiconductor devices for thermal management and energy conversion.
