    Je-Hyeong Bahk received his B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University, Korea in 1998 and 2000, respectively. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. degree at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His research interests include the semiconductor physics, thermoelectric materials, and optoelectronics.
