Call for Papers

(pdf)

The purpose of this workshop is to provide a high-quality interdisciplinary international forum for researchers and developers from academia and industry to discuss research findings and exchange information regarding advancements in the state of the art, as well as to identify the emerging research topics, open problems, and to define the future of mmWave communication.

Topics of interests include, but are not limited to:

  • Network architecture, protocols and algorithms for multi-Gbps mmWave communications
  • Low power mmWave radio design
  • Antenna design and beamforming techniques
  • mmWave band channel modeling
  • Physical layer techniques for mmWave systems
  • MAC Design for multi-Gbps networks
  • Wire-like QoS support for BW hungry, delay stringent multimedia applications
  • Security challenges and techniques for short-range license-free communication
  • Cross layer design for support of high performance applications
  • Integration of mmWave communication with existing wireless technologies
  • mmWave communication in new application domains
