ADS Simulation Files

The following are Agilent ADS archive (.zap) files. You can download them and decompress as explained below.

ADS Tutorial #1

ADS Tutorial on Stability and Gain Circles (revised 10/27/05)

ADS Noise Figure Design and Display Files

ADS Harmonic Balance tutorial for small signal amplifiers (revised 10/21/05)

To download on Internet Explorer:

.zap  is an archive file format for ADS.  You must uncompress it with the unarchive project command in the ADS main window file menu.

File > Unarchive

The browser may not know how to handle .zap files. The closest thing to a .zap file is a .zip file so it tries to make an association. If you "right-click" when doing a download on Internet Explorer > Save Target As then choose Save as type: All Files. Then, my browser tries to save it as Tutorial#1.zap..zip. Of course, ADS has trouble with this. So, edit the name removing the ..zip from the suffix. It should then work.
