Navin Srivastava

I received the B.Tech. (Honors) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India in 2000 and the M.S. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara, (UCSB) in 2006. From 2000 to 2003 I gained valuable experience in the Electronic Design Automation industry in India and in the US. I am currently a PhD candidate at UCSB studying nanometer scale VLSI interconnect issues with Prof. Kaustav Banerjee. My work has been awarded an Outstanding Graduate Student Paper Award at the VMIC conference, 2005, and recognized as one of IEEE Micro’s Top Ten Picks from Computer Architecture conferences in 2006.
