I received the B.Tech. (Honors) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India in 2000 and the M.S. and Ph. D. degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara, (UCSB) in 2006 and 2009, respectively. I have been associated with the Electronic Design Automation industry since 2000, first with Atrenta Inc., and now with Mentor Graphics Corporation. My research focuses on VLSI interconnects. My work has been awarded an Outstanding Graduate Student Paper Award at the VMIC conference, 2005, and recognized as one of IEEE Micro’s Top Ten Picks from Computer Architecture conferences in 2006.
