There are a number of exciting EE Capstone projects
to choose from during the 2019-2020 academic year. Several of the projects are multidisciplinary
projects, in which an EE team will be paired with teams from ME and/or CE. Each project is sponsored either by a
research group at UCSB or by one of our industry partners. Each student group is typically made up of 4-5
students. While groups are independently
responsible for working on and completing their projects, each group is assigned
a mentor, typically from the group which is sponsoring the project, to provide
technical guidance and assistance.
Student groups work on their projects throughout the entire 2019-2020
academic year, and then present their work at the 2020 College of Engineering
Engineering Design Expo on June 5, 2020.
