Grading and Rules

Your grade will be based on your performance in 3 areas:

1) The homework sets (~30%)

2) The midterm (~35%)

3) The final exam (~35%)

Homework will be assigned one week before the deadline, and will be collected in class on Wednesdays unless otherwise specified.

Late homework will not be accepted, except in case of severe hardship (post-deadline papers…etc).

The midterm will be on Monday Feb 8th.

The final exam will be at 8am on Tuesday March 16th.

Both midterm and final will be open-book exams.

>>
